The nexgenda Station is he connection between the call center agent and the Intelligent Services Hub. It serves as a full-featured User Interface allowing the agent to control access to data from multiple sources as well as the telephony system. The following core functions are available

- Query auxiliary support database
- Control telephony functions, including internal call relay
- Call-Completion and IVS access
- Send query results via electronic media (SMS, mms, fax, email)
- Access routing and navigation applications (map24, Google)
- Internal messaging
nexgenda Station runs on Windows (XP and Vista), MacOS (Tiger and Leopard) and Linux. Virtualized Desktop Infrastructures are supported as well.
nexgenda station is designed for operational efficiency and short learning cycles. To facilitate all users and to enable an individual user experience, the GUI can be adapted to specific requirements through extensive configuration mechanisms.
nexgenda offers advanced web integration. Besides searching the integrated databases, web access can be granted on a role basis to users.
