openCC Telephony

Built on Asterisk Technology, the Open ContactCenter Toolkit openCC enables professional telephony functions in both legacy and IP-enabled networks. The following spectrum is covered with openCC:

  • PSTN-Telephony, including PRI (T1/E1) support
  • SS7 (ANSI and ITU-T)
  • SIP
  • IAX2

For maximum flexibility, openCC allows the use of analog or IP-based hardphones as well the use of SIP- or IAX2-enabled softphones.

Interactive Voice Solution

The Interactive Voice Solution (IVS) integrated into openCC enables the nexgenda platform to leverage the full capabilities of a modern IVR solution. In the nexgenda application, it is used for

  • Automatic Number Announcements
  • Call-Completion
  • Tariff-Announcements
  • Automatic Operator Greeting
  • Monitoring and Training functions
